ESA Automation Customer Care will provide you with a RMA number.
After that you can arrange the shipment of product EX WORKS to ESA Elettronica Spa by mentioning the RMA number, otherwise the product may not be accepted.
If no defect will be found, a fee will be applied as cost of inspection / test even if the product will results inside the warranty period.
