    • Fill in this form in and send it to ESA Automation Customer Care.

    • ESA Automation Customer Care will provide you with a RMA number.

    • After that you can arrange the shipment of product EX WORKS to ESA Elettronica Spa by mentioning the RMA number, otherwise the product may not be accepted.

    • If no defect will be found, a fee will be applied as cost of inspection / test even if the product will results inside the warranty period.
