Maverick ist die neue Servoantriebsplattform von ESA, die entwickelt wurde, um ein breites Spektrum von Single-Axis-Anwendungen abzudecken: von Standardmaschinen bis hin zu Hochleistungsanwendungen.
Erhältlich in zwei Versionen — Maverick S und Maverick A — teilt sie Architektur, Konfigurationswerkzeuge und Software-Ökosystem und gewährleistet langfristige Skalierbarkeit sowie Investitionsschutz für Maschinen.

MAVERICK S

Maverick S ist die Einstiegsversion der ESA-Servo-Plattform, basierend auf dem ST H7-Prozessor. Sie bietet eine zuverlässige Steuerung, eine einfache Konfiguration und ein wettbewerbsfähiges Preisniveau. Als natürlicher Nachfolger der ECO-Serie basiert sie auf einer modernen Architektur, die mit Maverick A gemeinsam genutzt wird.

MAVERICK A

Maverick A ist die High-Performance-Version der ESA-Servo-Plattform, basierend auf dem Dual-Core-Prozessor Renesas RZ/T2M. Sie wurde für hochdynamische Anwendungen mit erweiterter Regelung und sicherheitsrelevanten Funktionen entwickelt, die auf Architekturebene integriert sind – nicht nachträglich per Firmware hinzugefügt.

MAVERICK S

Safety — STO SIL2

Safe Torque Off (STO) certificato SIL2 secondo IEC 61800-5-2, integrato direttamente nell’hardware del drive. L’architettura dual-channel ridondante elimina la necessità di componenti esterni, semplificando la progettazione della macchina.

Ideale per applicazioni stand-alone e sistemi con safety gestita via PLC, supporta la conformità al Regolamento Macchine (UE) 2023/1230.

MAVERICK A

SafeMotion — Safety architetturale fino a SIL3

Con Maverick A la sicurezza è integrata a livello architetturale. Il processore dual-core Renesas RZ/T2M separa fisicamente controllo motion e gestione safety, garantendo massime prestazioni e indipendenza funzionale.

Questa architettura permette di implementare funzioni SafeMotion fino a SIL3 secondo IEC 61800-5-2, senza compromessi sulle performance di macchina.
