Esaware operator terminals: new features of the Crew editor

Need an updated solution to program HMI and IPC devices? The Esaware operator terminals allow it in the most intuitive and easy way.

Especially now that we have introduced the new features on the Crew 1.6 editor.

Better performance, increased efficiency and, above all, more possibilities. The ESA Automation SCADA has become even more useful for any manufacturing facility.

Crew 1.6 and the new goal of Esaware operator terminals

Speaking of what’s new with the Crew editor for industrial automation, the first great new feature concerns PLC devices.

PLC devices are constantly evolving and they require an updated software that fits the most advanced technological standards. This is why we have introduced the PLC Omron G9SP communication safety driver.

Thanks to this new feature, Crew 1.6 gives you the possibility to communicate with any last generation PLC.

In fact, communication is one of the most implemented characteristics in Esaware operator panels.

From now on, you can configure SMS and emails in regard to any event that may happen in Runtime. All this in an intuitive way and with minimum effort for the user. Yes, because a few inputs are all you need to set these alerts: you only have to enter the email addresses and telephone numbers to which you want to send the messages.

This new feature of the Crew editor guarantees maximum safety and great time-saving. How? First of all, it becomes possible to be updated in real time on what occurs in the production plant.

Second, the operator does no longer have to waste hours and hours to make sure that everything works as it should. The device automatically warns you.

Crew new features: better visualization

Among the benefits of Esaware operator panels, you can count on full visualization of historical trends in Runtime. In fact, once you have exported trends from the Runtime, you can choose to import them again to compare the different historical traces you’ve captured over time. So as to have the complete picture.

But that’s not all. As one of the new features of the Crew editor, we have introduced multi scale visualization of trend objects in Runtime. Which consists in the ability to simultaneously visualize the scales of different pens acquired in trend view, allowing a much easier consultation.

Finally, localization of multiple scale trend objects management determines a step forward in readability of Esaware operator terminals. In fact, you are free to decide the position of the scale of each pen entered inside the trend views.

Esaware Crew editor: a turning point in industrial automation

By introducing Crew’s editor new features, ESA Automation solutions for industrial automation become even more versatile and functional.

The new update of Esaware operator terminals improves visualization and efficiency within the production plant, allowing operators to carry out a more punctual, fast and complete job.
