The fact that ESA Automation has chosen SPS IPC Drives to show this solution is no coincidence. In fact, one of the main themes of this edition was the Industry 4.0, which is based on the idea of efficiency of the production process and of the operator’s work.

ESA Automation Cloud
The ESA Automation Cloud with MQTT and AMQP protocols is without a doubt one of the most important new solutions presented at SPS 2016.
This platform is a completely open and offers full compatibility with ERP, MRP, CRM systems and other resources management and planning software. In this way, it allows all devices connected to the production plant to automatically access to any kind of data available in the system, according to an Internet of Things logic.
Users themselves can use, modify and visualize data stored in the ESA Automation Cloud with a standard browser that can display HTML5 contents or with any application that can use the MQTT protocol.
