ESA Automation entering the Motion Control and computer numerical control field was one of our biggest news of last year. An important development, that has taken us to the integration of our range of product with new solutions and technologies.
The ESA Automation CNC applications offer perfect balance among ease of use, flexibility and completeness. In fact, we have developed several of them, for various industrial fields, including the most complex and technical ones.
The ESA Automation CNC applications range
Our computer numerical control applications have been studied by ESA Automation first of all from a customer oriented point of view. Which means that their first goal is to make any production – of any material – as easy and automatic as possible.
Such characteristic perfectly matches the values of our company, that, according to the ideal of the Industry 4.0, wants to promote efficiency and computerization of industrial automation plants and processes.
And that is why ESA Automation CNC solutions take production programming to an easier and faster level, thanks to intense use of parametric macros.
In this way, in order to obtain the final manufacturing, users have only to enter graphical menus representing the various productions, and choose the parts that compose it. An immediate process, thanks to visual support and to selection by touchscreen.
For example, if you want to program the “window” production, you can just choose the two programs “uprights” and “crossbars” that compose it, that will then be made with the various macros.
And that is not all: with the computer numerical control solutions, users can independently generate their own macros through sw modules (i.e. DXF2MACRO or DXF2ISO) and the Macro editor.
ESA Automation and computer numerical control
ESA Automation has always invested in the innovation of its software products and we do the same in the CNC sector. As anticipated, ESA Automation CNC applications are the complete and specific answer to many industrial fields.
For example, the food and beverage sector in which industrial processes require packaging machines. In this case, we offer an application that is capable to manage several packaging processes of different dimensions and layouts.
But also the CNC application by ESA Automation designed for machines for ceramic tiles production. Our solution supports and guides the user throughout the entire process: from dust dosage to pressing to the expulsion of the tiles.
Finally, in 2016 we have realized a computer numerical control solution also for the Cortex based range of PACs, that that allows you to manage standard numerical control functions up to three interpolar axes and with Gantry axes, on a accessible (price-wise) platform. A turning point for Cartesian robots and for cutting and milling machines, such as laser, plasma, cutting with blade or tool for removal.
And this is just the beginning. ESA Automation CNC applications are destined to become more and more an integral part of our range of solutions for industrial automation.
