- Once your request has been elaborated, the Customer Care will provide you with a RMA number.
- When you receive the RMA number, please ship the product (free port) to ESA Elettronica Spa, stating the RMA number provided by our Customer Care. Otherwise the product might not be accepted.
- Should no defect be detected, the cost for product’s inspection and test will be charged, even though the product is still under warranty. This cost varies according to the product type. For further information about the cost please contact Sales Assistants (phone number: 0039-031-757400).
